 Deputy Prime Minister Promises APS     

 John Prescott the Deputy Prime Minister

 promised on Sunday to introduce the    

 worlds most advanced train safety      

 system on the East Coast Main Line.    

 The announcement came after the line   

 was identified as containing one of the

 country's worst potential accident     

 blackspots.                            

 This is one of the parts of the massive

 improvement to High Speed Railway lines

 in the UK following this disaster.
